University of Kragujevac, Cacak, Serbia – March 9-10, 2020. IKBFU representatives take part in a kick-off meeting of a unique international project “HE and VET Alliance Establishment According to Bologna Principles Implementation via VET Teachers’ Capacity Building” within the Erasmus+ KA2 programme. The University was represented by Ms. Elena Zimovina, Ph.D., Senior Researcher of Sociological laboratory for the risk analysis, modeling, and prognostication, and Ms. Anna Belova, Ph.D., a Deputy Director of the Department for Research.
The aim of the project that is to be jointly implemented by 14 European, Russian and Kazakh universities in the next 3 years is to create a platform for long-term interaction between secondary vocational and higher education in order to successfully adjust the principles of the Bologna process into study process, mechanisms of teaching and learning of the former.
Apart from IKBFU, the Russian partners of the project included Ogarev Mordovia State University, Don State Technical University, Petrozavodsk State University, and «Agency of strategic initiatives in the field of education «Bologna Club» NE (Rostov-on-Don).
International partners include Kazakh (Narxoz University, Suleiman Demirel University, International University of Information Technology), German (Technische Universität Dresden), Spanish (University of Deusto), British (Edge Hill University) and Greek (Southeast European Research Center) universities.
Shortly after the kick-off meeting, IKBFU signed a Partnership Agreement with the University of Kragujevac on the implementation of the Erasmus+ project “HE and VET Alliance Establishment According to Bologna Principles Implementation via VET Teachers’ Capacity Building”.
