On October 19, 2020 University of Kraguevac organised the Steering Group Coordination Meeting. Project coordinator Danijela Milošević (UNIKG) overviewed the impact of the current situation of COVID 19 pandemic on project implementation. She stated the need to restructure the work plan according to the circumstances and current requirements. The speaker emphasized the need to conduct activities online as much as possible.
Special attention was paid to the NEO KZ Monitoring feedback report. Danijela Milošević drew partners’ attention to the critical points in the document and urged to address them in the future work.
Dresden University of Technology gave a brief overview of the WP1 activities. It was agreed to make separated Doodle polls in order to schedule the WP2 training sessions: ‘QA English for Specific Purposes’ and ‘Pedagogical ECTS/ Tuning modular system’ trainings. Edge Hill university noted the need to adapt trainings to the online format. Ogarev Mordovia State University as representative of Internal Evaluation Working group (IEWG) informed that the questionnaire was made to get partners’ feedback on project implementation. DSTU updated partners on dissemination issues, including website and ALLVET Facebook group follow up.
